Cancellation policy:

The time of your appointment is crucial and it is reserved only for you. It is important to honor your presence.  

If you need to cancel, please call us 24 hours in advance or leave a message on the voicemail.  Cancellations by email are not taken into consideration.

This way, we can rearrange our schedules and allow other waiting patients to show up in your time slot. 

Delay :It is essential to show up on time for your appointment.  However, if an event prevents you from arriving on time, please let us know by calling us and we will try to accommodate you if possible.  

Any notice of less than 24 hours or any appointment missed or canceled the same day, a fee of $40 will be charged.
